So, the lovely spring allergies have come upon me with a vengeance...These past couple of days have been terrible. But, this morning I blew my nose and got a nosebleed. And I'm not talking about a little one, either. I know I've probably broken a bunch of blood vessels in my sinuses, but here's the thing...I don't know if my sinuses were clearing themselves out, but during the nosebleed, a HUGE thing (like a glob) of dark blood came out. Is this normal? I've had nosebleeds before, but they were never like that. I hate having these allergies; nothing really seems to work very well. Any advice is much appreciated...I've heard shots work well for allergies, but I'm not so sure if I should.

Hi Diane, are you keeping your windows in your house and car closed? Also, shower before you go to bed at night to remove the pollen from your hair and give yourself a break overnight.
