Glad to hear I am not the only one! I haven't even had my TT yet and am now thinking of tip work to my and some cosmetic dentistry stuff. It isn't that I am unhappy with how I look, but a little tweeking would be nice!

Oh Crimaties!!!! Dental work IS considered Cosmetic sometimes, isn't it? Ok. I want my teeth whitened, too. I also lost three teeth as a side affect to my gastric bypas surgery. There is one tooth that I definately am having an implant done on within the next year. It's the tooth and it's quite visible. I did have 11 years ago and am so glad I did otherwise they'd be hanging like sacks by now!!! I do think at some point I will have to have my eyelids done. My mother had to have hers done as they were drooping into her vision. I can see it coming with me now, but I've got some time. So, add those to my laser and .
One thing is for sure, what I want to still have done is small in comparison to what I've already gone through. Time for me to wake up and smell the gauze -- I'm a PS Junky. I never realized it till I saw it in writing.

I hadn't thought of the dental work either. I spent $4000 on my teeth at the beginning of the year. I chipped a tooth so I redid my 4 front teeth so they matched. My dentist loves showing off my teeth, it drives me crazy. My husband gives me a hard time about the money (tells me to smile and show off his money).

OHHHH! I hadn't thought of that! I have a really gummy smile and I've heard they can fix that. My teeth are straight and pretty white, but I'm self conscious about my gums showing so much.

I had mine whitened a few years ago, but I used the whitening trays and gel the dentist gave me, not the laser whitening, but they worked great, and lots cheaper too. It just took a while longer.

I had a about 5 yrs ago. I had tt/mr January of this yr. Sure I can look at my body and see things that could look better....but I accept myself now and have no desire to continue. By no means is this statement a judgement on those who want more. Plastic surgery is a personal decision!!
I will add that I have no regrets about either surgery!! I know how many people would love to have it and it is NOT an option for them for various reasons.....therefore I feel blessed to have been able to have the two surgeries I have had!!!

I had my 4 front teeth done. Two capped and two veneers. They look great. The veneers are not covered by some dental insurance companies becasue they are considered cosmetic. I had braces when I was younger.

My hubby agrees - with all of the smiling I've been doing since my TT it's time to get my teeth in shape! I'm glad to hear that the trays worked well - I think that is the route that I'm going to take.

I had no problems with the trays. You have to wear them for a couple of hours a night for a couple of weeks. There was a gel my dentist used, I can find out the name for you if you want, that was easy on enamel and didn't cause sensitvity. Worked like a charm and lasts for a long time.

I LOVE THIS TOPIC!!!! I had my MTT/MR on 7/7/05 And then braces on the following month, and then in Sept of 05, Sclerotherapy on my leg s. Really felt that I was done - YEAH RIGHT, LOL By the time my TT began to settle I was ready for a BL (which I never thought I would even consider) so 1/12/06 back for BL & to my hips!!!! I am now getting Vellasmooth & loving that, & TOMORROW !!!!!!! OH & on Friday I have a consult for a job!!!! NO SHIT! Did I mention I have an addictive personality! LOL My DH had the nerve to say a few months back that he was beginning to see a pattern forming, YOU THINK?
I am 47 & my youngest just turned 3, so I sooo deserve and need this. I feel so great about everything that I have had done so far. Oh I am also planning a none surgical face tightening in a month or so. I plan on looking so HOT by my 50th birthday! OH I almost forgot when my braces come off, I am getting my teeth whitened! I would love to do something for my hair - but so far hair dye & eating jello is all I can think of OK i think I didn't forget anything!!!!!

You look great! I loved your post. I have an addictive personality and it is hard to stop. You have a body of a 20 year old.
I nursed 4 kids and love my BL. I can now wear a workout shirt w/bra included. I use to have to slip a underneath them. Also, with my flat belly, I can wear low waist woirkout pants without worrying that they slipped down and my belly is hanging out. I spent more time in the gym pulling my pants up and my shirt down then lifting the weights.
It is funny how different people react. One older guy keeps ag if I am sick because I lost so much weight and I look pale. He was driving me crazy so I told him about the . One younger guy ask if I tried to myself into another weight class. He did say I looked lean and mean which made up for the lipo comment.
I am too nervous to touch my face. If they mess it up, I can not cover it with clothes. I am sure that will change when I get older.
One of the girls I workout with is telling plastic surgery horror stories everyday. She knows what I am like and wants me to stop the plastic surgery. She didn't handle me energy drink addiction well but she is doing better with the plastic surgery.

I wouldn't say I am hooked on plastic surgery.
I went into this knowing I wanted and needed
several procedures after having lost a large
ammount of weight.One thing that did change
for me, is I decided to get a breast aug with my
lift , at first this was something I was not sure of,
but because I was left with very little breast tissue,
a lift just wouldn't get it for me.

I am planning on a thigh lift and considering a butt lift also.
Being only 8 days po, I am not even ready to think about that
yet.Give me a little while though and I'll be ready.
I feel so blessed that God gave people the ability to do this, because
once I decided to get my life in control and lose the weight, I had no
